2 min read By Kassandra Manriquez,  Fifteen Knights from the Knights of Columbus and their family members volunteered here at the soup kitchen for the first time on Saturday, June 6th. St. Marks has 115 Knights who serve the Tucson community through various projects and fundraisers. Members of St. Marks delivered a clothing donation to Casa Maria a few months ago and were inspired to return and help in the kitchen. Sal Orlando, who served soup all morning, said, “Casa Maria is definitely needed.
