MEMO TO CITY COUNCIL:
DON’T RAISE THE BUS FARES,
DON’T WIDEN BROADWAY,
DO THE RIGHT THING…
VOTE IN BEHALF OF THOSE WHO HAVE SUPPORTED YOU, THE PEOPLE, NOT THE DEVELOPERS AND MONIED INTERESTS!
Join the Tucson Bus Riders Union in eyeballing the local Democratic politicos as they deliberate the fate of bus riders, many of whom live in poverty.
Bus fare increases (10 cents this year and 15 cents next year) will be recommended by the City Manager at their study session on Tuesday, April 19, at 2 pm at City Hall.
Later that night, at their 5:30 meeting, they will vote on a destructive, unjustifiable widening of Broadway Blvd.
If they do anything to Broadway, they need to put in a TRANSIT LANE and forget lots of BUS PULLOUTS, which are totally pro-car and not pro-bus and significantly lengthens the ride of those using the Broadway bus. 
Come at 2 or come at 5:30 but come and support the bus on Tuesday!

Memorándum Para el Concejo de la Ciudad:
No AUMENTEN las Precios de los Camiones
No AMPLIEN el Bulevar BROADWAY
¡Hagan lo CORRECTO… Voten a favor de los que los han apoyado, La Gente,
no a los interesados en dinero y progreso!
Únanse a la Unión de los Pasajeros del Camión de Tucson para echar un vistazo a los Políticos Democráticos locales mientras planean el destino de los pasajeros del camión, muchos de los cuales viven en la pobreza.
Las tarifas de los camiones aumentaron (10 centavos este año, 15 centavos el próximo año) esto será recomendado por el Administrador de la Ciudad en su sesión de estudio el Martes, Abril 19, a las 2pm en el Palacio Municipal.
Ese mismo día en la junta de las 5:30pm, ellos votaran en la destructiva, injustificable ampliación del bulevar Broadway. Si ellos hacen algo al bulevar, van a invertir en LOS CARRILES PARA EL TRANSITO y se olvidaran de las muchas PARADAS PARA LOS CAMIONES, lo cual esta a favor de los carros y no de los camiones y alargarían significativamente el recorrido de los que usan el camión en esa area.
¡Ven a las 2 o a las 5:30 pero ven y apoya a los camiones este Martes!
