Casa Maria is joined with enviros, neighborhood, union and church groups, housing advocates, the Living Streets Alliance and others to get this $815 million bond package passed on November 3.
Granted there are some parts of it that will benefit too much the rich guys. But we all have fought long and hard to get our things in it too such as affordable housing, neighborhood reinvestment, open space and improvements to parks on the South side.
Ultimately it really will stimulate the economy and bring much needed jobs to our beautiful but poverty stricken town.
Get up! Stand up! Join with other Tucsonans to better this community. Battle the naysayers by walking this Saturday!

Casa Maria esta acompañado por los que proejen el medio ambiente, union, comunidades, grupos de la iglesia, organizaciones que ayudan a comprar casas a bajo costo, the Living Streets Alliance, y otros grupos para pasar el paquete de propuestas (bond package) en Noviembre 3.
Hay partes en el bond package que no nos gustan porque van a beneficiar a los ricos. Pero hemos luchado mucho para tener cosas que nos interesan en este paquete como casas de bajo costo, luces en las calles, acceso a espacios de la naturaleza sin restricciones, parques en el Sur de Tucson, etc.
Al final vamos a tener mas trabajos para la comunidad de Tucson que es una de las ciudades mas pobres del país.
Luchemos juntos con otros Tucsonenses para mejorar la comunidad.
