The article titled “TUSD broke promises with Prop. 123 spending” really has nothing to do with the management of funds in the  district, but has everything to do with the upcoming elections. The entire purpose of this article can be found in these two sentences. Foster, by the way, is up for re-election, along with fellow board member Cam Juarez. If either of them should lose, the board’s voting
